Guest speaker Angelica Castillo Chappel of Valley State Bank/Community Leader/President of the Garden City Mexican Fiesta spoke on privileges and challenges of moving to the State from Mexico, what lead her to become a community leader, and the history of the Mexican Fiesta.

A present and former Garden City Mexican Fiesta Queens spoke on their experiences with the Fiesta and how much opportunity it has given them.
